DROPPER UNDER
Pull the dropper, place under your tongue. Sublingual = under the tongue, where it absorbs through the membrane straight to the bloodstream.

HOLD 60–90 SEC
Don't swallow immediately. Hold under tongue at least one minute. The longer you hold, the more sublingual onset (faster). The less you hold, the more digestive onset (slower).

WAIT 30 MINUTES
Onset is 15–45 min. Don't re-dose before 30 min has passed — you'll overshoot the way edible-takers do.

TITRATE BY DROP
Each dropper marks 1 mL. Each 1 mL contains a known mg of THC + CBD. Adjust by half-droppers, never doubling.
